Site Visits:
Defined
What exactly is a
site visit?
Either Pete or Bryan will come out to your site and
spend a day or half day working with employees or kids
to enhance the program.
What do you mean
by enhance?
Pete and Bryan have years of experiential education,
entertainment and camping between them. They cater each
visit to the sites specific needs. Common subjects are
team building, problem solving, trust and social skills.
These subjects are covered with a variety of
challenge-by-choice games that force the players to
think in new ways.
Both are skilled
in camp consultation and employee trainings as well.
During the months preceding camp, Pete will spend half a
day evaluating your camp for risks/rewards and the
second half training the staff how to have fun!
Where can this
take place?
Pete is located in New York City and Bryan is in
Aspen, Colorado. Both have flexible schedules and are
willing to make special arrangements to visit any site.
What is the cost?
The cost is flexible and dependant upon how long their
services are needed (with prep time and whether a report
is needed). Travel expenses are in addition to the cost
of service, so that should be taken into account.
The bottom line is
that this is not being done for the money (beyond
keeping loans at bay and food on the table). In all
cases the price will be much lower than the end value.
Why Pete and Bryan?
In the near future, Pete and Bryan are going to open a
camp to serve Youth-At-Risk. They have spent the last
five years gathering ideas and working with groups (both
kids and adults) to fine tune their ability to realize
this dream. In those years, both have acquired such an
immense range of skills that they want to pass those on
to others who work with children.
